Privacy Policy — Necrobe

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Necrobe mobile app ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it. We respect your privacy and designed the App to collect the minimum data possible. We do not run our own servers that store your personal data.

1. Data controller

Developer of Necrobe. Contact: reis.is.dev@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

a) Advertising (Google AdMob and partners)

The App shows optional rewarded ads (the player chooses to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards) via Google AdMob. To serve them, Google and its advertising partners (third-party vendors) may store, access and share information on your device:

This is used to show and measure ads, prevent fraud and — only with your consent — personalize ads. In the EEA, UK and other regions where required, a Google consent message (UMP / IAB TCF) lets you accept, reject or customize these purposes and the list of partners the first time you play. You can change or withdraw your consent anytime from the app's Settings → Privacy options. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses partner information.

b) Cloud save (Google Sign-In + Google Drive) — optional

If you choose to use cloud save, the App asks you to sign in with your Google account and stores your game progress (coins, items, characters, settings) in your own Google Drive, in a private app folder (appDataFolder) accessible only to Necrobe.

If you do not use cloud save, no data from your Google account is processed.

c) Data stored on your device

Game progress is saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to us and is removed when you uninstall the App.

3. What we do NOT do

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing relies on your consent (e.g. watching an ad, ad personalization, or signing in to cloud save) and on the legitimate interest of showing ads to keep the App free. In the EEA, UK and where required, consent for advertising purposes and partners is gathered through Google's consent message (UMP / IAB TCF). Your choices are stored on your device (keys prefixed IABTCF_) for up to 390 days, and you can change or withdraw them anytime from the app's Settings → Privacy options.

5. Children

Necrobe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to reis.is.dev@gmail.com. For data handled by Google (ads, account), use your Google account's privacy tools.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with its update date.
